〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕劉姓男子2009年3月31日凌晨2點多，涉嫌在桃園市蘆竹區忠孝街一處社區地下停車場，潛入李姓女住戶的車內，用黑金剛手機偽裝成槍枝控制李女並捆綁她後，強搶她身上的300元現金後逃逸，警方於10年後透過指紋比對查獲劉男到案，桃園地檢署今天偵結，已依強盜罪嫌將他提起公訴。
檢方說，當天凌晨2點多，劉男埋伏在社區地下停車場內，等李女準備進入車內時，他拿著黑金剛手機抵住李女頭部後，命令李女進入後座，再用塑膠繩捆綁李女雙手後，強搶她的現金，還帶走她的提款卡，還好李女帳戶內沒有存款，沒再讓劉男盜領得手。
警方於案發後在李女的車內採得一枚指紋，近日比對出劉男的身分，逮他到案，他已坦承不諱，檢方說，劉男罪證確鑿，已依強盜罪嫌將他提起公訴。
