〔記者陳薏云／新北報導〕新北市一名21歲鄧姓男子，昨晚間11時許開著BMW雙門轎車行經永和區環河東路時，疑似低頭撿手機未注意車前情況，撞上停在路邊處理案件的警車，所幸當時警方都不在車上，並無人員傷亡，為了避嫌，此案由中和分局交通分隊受理成案，詳細肇事原因仍待釐清。
據了解，昨晚間永和分局中正橋所員警執行巡邏勤務，獲報該處疑似有民眾聚集情事，因此前往察看，並將警車停在環河東路一段上，沒想到兩名員警下車處理事情完畢時，警車就遭到鄧男駕駛的BMW追撞，並波及到路旁7輛停放的機車，BMW與警車都嚴重毀損。
為了避嫌，全案由中和分局交通分隊處理，替鄧男酒測後無數值，鄧男表示當時手機掉在車內地上，為了撿手機忽略前方狀況才會追撞，詳細肇事原因仍待釐清。
