〔記者 邱俊福／台北報導〕藝人侯昌明、曾雅蘭夫妻遭詐騙集團盜取照片用來行騙，並有媒體為此報導「侯昌明報警4次都沒用，詐騙集團囂張繼續騙」，刑事局對此強調，因涉案網址及IP均在國外，偵辦所需時程較長，現持續偵辦中。
同時，刑事局昨天依曾女提供報案的「臉書粉絲專頁」，已向臉書要求將被害人提供的「臉書粉絲專頁」下架，不讓其他被害人遭詐騙。
刑事局表示，該夫婦檔於去年5月24日曾至刑事局諮詢肖像遭盜用的著作權案，當時受理人員檢視侯男提供的手機，侯表示因手機資料繁多（含非受害資料）無法提供正確詐騙網頁及家中電腦尚有多筆資料，返家整理後再向警方報案。
隨後，受理人員提供名片，雙方也留下聯絡資訊，後續受理人員2度電話聯絡侯男，侯男表示因跑通告較忙，資料尚未備齊，故未完成製作筆錄，該夫婦檔備齊資料後，於今年5月31日至北市警內湖分局報案，正偵辦中。
