〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕因鋒面影響，今（23）日中央氣象局對16個縣市發布大雨特報，表示易出現短時強降雨，彰化以北地區及東北部、中南部山區有局部大雨發生的機率。
據中央氣象局，因鋒面影響，容易出現短時強降雨，今凌晨對16縣市發布大雨特報，包括宜蘭縣、基隆市、新北市、臺北市、桃園市、新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣、臺中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、臺南市、高雄市、屏東縣；民眾須記得攜帶雨具出門。
氣象局也表示，彰化以北地區及東北部、中南部山區，有局部大雨發生的機率，應注意雷擊及強陣風，此外，低窪地區慎防積水，用路行車須注意交通安全。
