南投：明年南投立委選戰，民進黨在第2選區（濁水溪線7鄉鎮市），仍未推派人選出戰國民黨立委許淑華，近日傳出民進黨水里鄉長陳癸佑有意角逐，今將宣布參選，引發各界注目。陳癸佑證實表示，黨內因遲遲未有人表態，恐影響士氣，才決定跳出來承擔；民進黨南投縣黨部則說，樂見黨內同志為黨付出，惟提名仍要看黨中央決定。（記者劉濱銓）
