〔記者翁聿煌／新北報導〕新北市長侯友宜昨中午到樹林區武林國小與師生共進營養午餐，他表示，為增進營養午餐品質，市府希望三年內將學校自設午餐廚房比例提高至五成五，同時將「4+1安心蔬菜」升級為2.0版，升級為「產銷履歷蔬菜」，讓學生吃得更安心。
侯友宜昨化身營養午餐大廚，並陪小朋友吃午餐，校方安排的菜色具有越南風味，包括越式炒河粉、檸香雞翅、打拋肉末鮮蔬、產銷履歷蔬菜和鮮筍肉絲湯；同時請到越南籍的學生媽媽，解說越南料理的特色，大家吃得津津有味。
侯友宜說，新北市為讓學生吃得更安心、更營養，逐年增加學校自建自立廚房，由學校餐廚自行供應師生午餐，目前已有九十四座，預計今年到二○二二年再興建十一座，達到五成五的自供比例，除可供應自己學校，也可供應鄰近沒有自設廚房的學校。
