〔記者凃盈如/台北報導〕台北喜來登安東廳暌違多年精銳盡出,近來邀請藏身於台北市內湖區,政商名流社交的頂級神秘私廚Villa Ollila主廚賴俊源(Dennis)客座,推出以「私饗之巔」為主題的客座。

「Villa Ollila」有著許多神秘的傳說,譬如一天最多只接待一組客人、需一週前預約,賓客需經過嚴格身分審查,有錢不見得能入會,入會還需繳交每年高達數十萬元會費,才能品嚐私廚料理。掌廚的賴俊源(Dennis),來頭也不小,曾任台中知名法式餐廳樂沐,累積多年豐富廚藝歷練,也時常遊歷歐洲汲取各國料理精髓,本次受喜來登安東廳之邀,獻上午間9道、晚間12道式套餐,以細膩精湛手藝演繹現代歐陸料理。

午餐每位3,880元+10%、晚餐每位4,880元+10%,於6月19日至6月23日,在安東廳嚐到頂級豪宅的私人招待餐宴。(6月19日與20日僅開放晚餐預定,其餘開放午、晚餐)
