〔記者蔡政珉／苗栗報導〕受鋒面強降雨衝擊，全台各地大雨從昨晚至今天早上仍不停歇，也造成災情，苗栗縣頭份警方獲報，包括三灣鄉、南庄鄉、頭份市都出現土石坍方道路封閉情形。其中三灣鄉通往南庄鄉獅山方向苗124縣道17.8公里處，目前雙向封閉中，呼籲民眾注意。
頭份警方指出，三灣所早上接獲民眾報案，鄉苗124縣道17.8公里處土石坍方，警方到場後發現車輛已經無法通行，已雙向擺設交通錐並拉起封鎖線。
另外，三灣鄉彌陀寺往永和山水庫道路（苗17-3線3公里）處，泥石樹木坍方散落路面；頭份市興隆里興隆路一段與南庄鄉田美村苗124線25公里處，都有土石坍方散落狀況，目前警方都單向封閉道路。
