警方調查，45歲吳姓計程車司機昨天下午1時許，載客途經中和區國光街112巷口時，為了供客人下車將車輛停在路旁，導致被阻擋去路的44歲陳姓機車騎士不滿，在後方長按喇叭挑釁，雙方進而爆發口角衝突。

過程中，陳姓騎士持安全帽拉開計程車門作勢毆打吳姓運將，卻遭吳姓運將一把搶走安全帽並出言反嗆，惱羞成怒的陳男竟跑回機車旁，從置物箱掏出隨身攜帶的菜刀，指著吳姓運將嗆聲並揚言找人助陣，但一看到吳姓運將拿起手機撥打110報警，卻又嚇得當場落荒而逃。

轄區警方獲報後迅速趕赴現場，但陳男早已逃逸無蹤，經後續調閱監視器掌握車牌後，當天下午4時許通知到他到案說明，並在訊後依妨害自由罪嫌法辦。
