台灣優質農產品在對岸又有斬獲，台東青農魏瑞廷自產自銷優質好米，將銷往香港，這次魏瑞廷以自有品牌「池上禾穀坊米之谷」，再次吹起外銷號角，意味小農也能拚外銷，做到「貨出的去，錢進得來，小農發大財」。
魏瑞廷說這筆訂單是今年228假期，隻身前往香港所搶下的訂單，這次池上禾穀坊米之谷是以2公斤小包裝進軍香港市場，因此出口價格也優於以往大包裝，堪稱「米之精品」，且為小農自有品牌寫下外銷新紀錄！
魏瑞廷表示，香港過去都向日本進口高價米或自泰國、越南進口，今年春節期間，香港通路商得知他以友善栽種方式，且將區塊鏈導入稻米產業，建立全球首位區塊鏈溯源履歷，同時也看過有過英國金融時報的採訪，因此特地前往池上了解產地現況。
魏瑞廷表示，香港通路商吃過池上米後讚不絕口，因此在228簽下合約，只要香港茶餐廳使用台灣米，不只能帶來豐富的收入，也能讓台灣好米打出名號。
