〔記者黃良傑／高雄報導〕高市今晨3點39分發生酒客與酒吧女店家爭吵、拉扯，警方快打部隊迅速到場處理，將人帶回派出所調查，釐清糾紛起因，雖然雙方不提傷害告訴，警方仍依違反社會秩序維護法，將孟姓、林姓2名酒客和鄭姓女店家函送法辦。
新興警方今天凌晨獲報獲報，出動快打部隊控制火爆的現場，孟姓酒客（60歲）頭部流血，坐在沙發上無大礙，另一名滋事的林姓酒客（33歲）陪在旁，因孟男不願就醫，警方將2名酒客和鄭姓女店家（53歲）帶回派出所調查。
據了解，酒客孟男與友人林男於散場離去時，因結帳問題與店家鄭女發生爭吵，雙方發生拉扯推擠，導致孟男頭部撞擊受傷，因店家及酒客互不提出告訴，訊後被依違反社會秩序維護法函送。
