台灣第一高瀑「蛟龍瀑布」，雨後水勢驚人。（陳文振提供）

〔記者蔡宗勳／嘉義報導〕拜梅雨鋒面滯留之賜，嘉義縣山區從前天起就大雨滂沱，台灣第一高瀑「蛟龍瀑布」再度呈現萬馬奔騰的壯觀氣勢，吸引攝影愛好者冒著惡劣天候上山獵取氣勢磅礡畫面。
蛟龍瀑布位於阿里山鄉豐山村石鼓盤風景區，發源於塔山，瀑頂的海拔1797公尺，瀑底為951公尺，落差846公尺排名世界第八，但因旱季水量極小，瀑布斷成好幾截，因而未被世界瀑布資料庫認可納入。
大雨限定美景的蛟龍瀑布，其源頭這兩天的日降雨量都破百毫米，水量豐沛的巨瀑直洩而下，還發出轟隆隆巨響，瀑布壯觀美景配合音效，令人嘆為觀止。
豐山「觀景民宿」莊主許銘月指出，已故導演齊柏林曾搭乘海鷗直升機從塔山上空往下拍攝蛟龍瀑布，鏡頭下的高山森林大瀑布相當壯觀，瀑頂風光很震攝人心，現在豐山只要下過一陣大雨就可觀賞到世界級瀑布的美麗景觀，因而觀賞蛟龍瀑布要趁熱。
