從影片中可以看到，民眾騎著車在路上蛇行，巡邏警方看到後，便將他攔下，沒想到民眾卻說「蛇行很正常啊」，並表示自己的名字叫做「萬進官」，「萬一進到棺材」，當警方懷疑民眾喝酒時，民眾不停狡辯「你有喝酒啦！不是我喝酒」。
警方接著在民眾機車上，看到疑似保育類動物的屍體，進一步詢問，民眾卻表示「山上種的生薑啦！不是山羌」。最後警方替民眾酒測，發現民眾酒測值0.58毫升，已經觸法，要將他帶回警局，但此時社區內的好事分子加入，不僅找民代關說，還向媒體爆料，要警方放人，所幸在警方找支援處理下，事情順利落幕。（編輯：李艾庭）
