〔記者賴筱桐/新北報導〕位於新北市板橋區永豐街的「紅豆麻吉」甜品店,冬天主打燒仙草,夏天推出仙草剉冰,店家以野生仙草熬煮原汁製成冰磚,搭配仙草凍及紅豆、花生、芋圓等配料,層次豐厚,雖然遷至新址開業不到1年,卻累積好口碑,炎炎夏日來一碗清涼的仙草剉冰,保證暑氣全消。

「紅豆麻吉」甜品店老闆娘林書萍早期在中國經營餐飲事業,考量孩子教育問題回台,原本打算加盟飲料店,但她認為「要做跟別人不一樣的東西」,才能產生市場區隔,她想起記憶中曾吃過美味的紅豆湯,於是拜託店家傳授功夫,學成後先在莒光路開店3年多,8個月前搬至永豐街。

林書萍表示,店內招牌產品為燒仙草,選用野生仙草熬煮成汁,不添加化學原料,夏天改賣仙草剉冰,將仙草原汁製成冰磚取代清冰,有別於傳統剉冰,不額外淋上糖水,避免過於甜膩,搭配自己熬煮的各種配料,包括紅豆、大豆、花生、芋頭、薏仁等,珍珠以黑糖悶煮2小時至入味,與Q軟的仙草凍一同入口,口感多元。喜歡飲料的客人可以選擇「仙草凍拿鐵」,即仙草凍加上鮮奶,屬於健康養生的飲品。

為迎接夏天來臨,店家推出季節限定的涼麵,分成泰式及台式兩種口味,其中泰式是林書萍向泰籍朋友取經,作法道地,融入泰式料理的精髓「酸、甜、辣、臭」,以檸檬、砂糖、辣椒、魚露、蒜頭等佐料調製成泰式辣椒醬,搭配小黃瓜及胡蘿蔔,麵條吸附滿滿的醬汁,吃起來清爽開胃,熱愛重口味的顧客不妨嘗試看看。

顧客羅先生說,仙草剉冰吃起來不會太甜,配料紅豆口感綿密、芋圓Q軟,炎熱的天氣吃上一碗,感覺清涼退火。

店家營業時間為週一至週六中午12點起至晚上10點,週日公休。
