〔記者蔡政珉／苗栗報導〕詐騙集團詐術層出不窮；花招百出，民眾切記要小心！苗栗縣警局通霄警分局指出，通霄鎮一名古姓老翁，因接到詐騙集團電話，謊稱古翁健保卡遭人盜用，，需要提領現金70萬元交給地檢署監管，否則要查封他所有名下財產。
古翁接到電話後，擔心不已，連忙前往通霄鎮農會提款，當時行員察覺有異，前往關心，但老翁因過度驚慌，告知農會信用部人員因家中翻修房子，需要現金才會提款。
所幸農會信用部人員機警，聯絡老翁住處里長前往了解狀況，才得知是詐騙集團花招，慢慢向老翁解釋健保卡遭盜用名下財產都是詐騙集團要騙走古翁老本的詐術，古翁才恍然大悟。
通霄警分局指出，近來接獲不少民眾報案，指出常接獲電話謊稱健保卡遭盜用要查封財產，呼籲民眾小心切勿上當，以免血汗錢被騙走。
