〔記者黃建華／高雄報導〕高雄一名楊姓男子今年1月間因工程罰款問題前往「自來水公司」與呂姓監工理論，因雙方無法達成協議，楊男涉嫌出手毆打呂男，楊男雖否認，並辯稱雙方是「互毆」，但仍遭高雄地檢署依妨害公務等罪嫌起訴。
檢方起訴指出，楊姓男子今年1月8日下午因工程罰款問題，前往前鎮區的「自來水公司第七營業處高雄服務所」與擔任監工的呂男理論。
楊涉嫌明知呂男為依法執行公共事務、有法定權限的公務員，卻因雙方無法達成協議，涉嫌徒手毆打呂男頭部，復持現場椅子毆打呂男的背部，致呂男左頸、尾椎等處受傷。
被害人並指控，楊並恫嚇要「告你告到死」等語。讓呂男心生畏懼，訴請前鎮警分局偵辦。
不過，楊男在檢方偵訊時矢口否認傷害、恐嚇，辯稱雙方是互毆。
但因被害人與同事指證歷歷，檢方仍將楊男依妨害公務、恐嚇等罪嫌起訴。
