台南市佳里區池安宮鼓勵為學子奮發向上，15年來頒發獎助學金已破4百萬，日前池安宮榮譽主委黃瑞祥、現任主委陳長榮及委監事、六安里長林佩玲、樹林扶輪社皆前往頒發獎助學金給轄區8所國小。
榮譽主委黃瑞祥雖遠在台北打拼，事業有成的他積極投入社會公益，過去擔任心北市樹林區扶輪社長時更結合其他資源帶回地方造福悻悻學子，今年持續在即將接任社長的李行正董事長鼎力相助，搬發出總額23萬6千元的獎助學金。
獲頒獎助學金的有仁愛、信義、佳里、佳興、延平、塭內、子龍、通興等8所國小，每班級2千元的獎助學金，由校長或校方代表前往領取。
