氣象局在下午2點10分，針對12縣市發布大雨特報，包括新北市、宜蘭縣、桃園市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市和屏東縣。
氣象局提醒，午後對流雲系發展旺盛，易有短時強降雨、瞬間大雨，山區請慎防坍方、落石，溪流及河谷間活動請注意溪水暴漲。
