攤商丟木椅報復謀殺重機騎士險奪命

從影片可見，邱男拿起木椅後走向車道中間，奮力將木椅丟至對向車道，木椅在騎士眼前約5公尺處滾過，四腳朝天，所幸騎士並未遭砸，及時發現障礙物後閃過，並未釀成更大意外，畫面相當驚險。

警方透過影片找到邱男，邱男供稱自己心情不佳、酒後失態，才會做出這種事情，酒醒後感到相當後悔，不過仍被警方依道路管理處罰條例開單告發，並將通知到案說明，以釐清案情。
