〔記者邱俊福／台北報導〕「騎車可以邊騎邊使用導航？如果可以我願意向兩位道歉！」，北市大安區昨晚發生一起行車糾紛，一名謝姓計程車司機因見騎乘機車的杜姓男女邊騎車邊玩手機，按喇叭告知提醒，結果引發對方不滿攔車，引爆口角衝突，轄區警方據報派員到場，謝提告強制罪，將約談該杜姓男女到案說明，而有網友疑似為謝姓當事人，則將過程與影片PO在臉書「爆怨公社」，一吐怨氣。
警方調查，謝姓司機駕車行經北市信義路四段時，見一名杜姓男子騎乘機車載一名女子，邊騎車邊玩手機，感覺很危險，便按喇叭，並搖下車窗出言制止，引發杜男不滿攔車理論。
雙方隨即在馬路上爆發激烈口角，謝男馬上向警方報案，警方據報有行車糾紛派員前往，當場謝男提告強制罪，而杜姓男女兩人則因有事先行離去。
