〔記者張軒哲/台中報導〕在眾多應景的夏令水果中,富含花青素和甜菜紅素的火龍果近年快速竄紅,台中后里與外埔交界的星月大地景觀休閒園區,為協助推動在地農業觀光,選用外埔、后里地區盛產的紅白火龍果鮮果與花苞入菜,火龍果創意料理及一日農夫式的火龍果知識導覽遊程,吃美食也能增長農業知識。

上午火龍果料理發表活動,農糧署與在地休閒農業業者齊聚,眾人化身一日農夫參與火龍果知識小學堂及水流東特色產業文化,最後再以品嚐火龍果創意料理,是一趟體驗農業知識與知性之旅!

主廚蔡昌政研發具有巧思火龍果創意料理,主餐「星月中的漫步」是將麵包丁酥烤後與核桃搗碎,並加入火龍果、 芥末籽與巴西里一併捲起,放進烤箱由廚師團 隊掌握火侯,料理香氣四溢,美味飽足,甜點「火龍果烤布丁」搭配濃郁冰淇淋,清爽可口。

星月大地藝術駐旅活動首波成果,邀請雕塑家張家銘以9.3噸大安溪樸石即興雕刻的作品「豬是大吉」正式啟用,張家銘說,順石勢、隨心意、讓石頭內藏的生命甦醒。同時星月大地也將甫於台北信義計畫區完展的藝術家李承亮作品時光旅行艙引進園區展示一年,讓遊客參訪。
