〔記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕基隆一名顏姓貨櫃車司機今日中午12時許，從基隆港區載著20呎貨櫃要運送到貨櫃場，從國道中山高五堵出口下交流道時，疑因貨櫃太重，重心不穩，整整2貨櫃車翻覆路旁邊坡，駕駛自行脫困，所幸無人傷亡。
顏姓駕駛指出，準備下交流道的時候，發現後方貨櫃重心慢慢偏離，擔心壓傷後面的車輛或是造成交流道阻塞，就讓車體慢慢往邊坡滑去，降低損害自己從車內爬出。
國道警察立即到場協助疏導交通，同時告知司機，要他將貨櫃拉起時，必須過磅檢測，釐清有沒有超載問題，詳細翻車原因，仍待進一步調查。
