〔記者徐聖倫／新北報導〕受鋒面影響暴雨襲擊雙北，強降雨也造成災情傳出。新北市永和區積淹水多處地下道封閉，而民生路上還有變電箱因雨勢過大滲水，造成爆炸意外，造成附近住戶停電，所幸這起爆炸意外沒有造成傷亡，台電人員也已將其修復完畢。
據了解，警方今一早就四處進行查看，果然多處地下積淹水情況嚴重，警方也提前進行封閉，以免民眾通過，包含永和、竹林路口地下道與中山、保生路口地下道都已進行封閉，籲民眾繞道。
永和區民生路67巷口則是傳出爆炸外，有附近住戶聽到爆炸聲冒雨出門查看，發現原來是變電箱爆炸，警、消與相關單位人員到場查看，所幸無人傷亡，而爆炸意外應是滲水所致，經搶修已恢復供電。
