［記者張議晨／宜蘭報導］台9線蘇花公路今早在147.1公里觀音路段才傳出路基坍塌，但今午12時許，121.2k路段（近東澳段）又傳出意外。一輛大型吊車無故爆胎，整輛車身失控打橫，自撞山壁，整輛吊車佔據南、北向車道，現場一片狼藉，交通一度中斷，所幸無人受傷。
公路局南澳工務段現已派遣機具前往救援。現場暫先開放小客車單線雙向管制通行。
