新北市1名37歲的陳姓男子，日前騎車行經土城城林橋時，遭執行路檢勤務的警方攔下，當警方還在查驗證件時，陳男主動將包包內物品倒出，撇清自己沒有藏毒，警方察覺形跡可疑，從裏頭找出一包金色包裝的可疑粉末，陳男連忙辯稱「這是情趣用品『催情粉』啦！」
土城警方表示，盤查時就發現陳男有過毒品前科，但陳男於受檢時不斷表示已許久未吸食毒品外，還主動讓警方查證隨身包包內物品，但警方仍在身上查獲吸食器一組、殘渣袋一個及可疑粉末一包，雖然陳男表示粉末為催情粉，但經檢測粉末含有三級毒品陽性反應。
陳男向警方供稱，是在網路上購得7包毒咖啡包，用來與老婆「愛愛」時催情使用，全案訊後警方依照毒品罪嫌將陳男移送法辦，並呼籲毒咖啡包成分複雜，對人體絕對百害無利，切勿購買服用。
