〔記者蔡孟尚／竹縣報導〕新竹縣小英之友會今天在竹東鎮第一銀行前舉辦捐血活動，吸引不少民眾響應；該會總會長呂紹達說，用捐血這樣的公益活動來慶祝小英總統就職3周年，相當有意義。
現場工作人員統計，一整天下來募集了180袋熱血，成果相當豐碩；不少參加民眾反映，以後可多辦這類公益活動，支持小英總統的他們會繼續力挺。
本身開診所行醫的呂紹達說，他一輩子從醫意義就和捐血一樣，都是想為社會國家做事，憑著滿腔熱血為社會更好，而小英之友會是總統蔡英文在民間最有力的好朋友組織，會員廣布各行各業，肩負關懷社會、力行公益的社會責任，大家用捐血這種公益活動來慶祝小英總統就職3周年，用具體行動來表達對小英總統的支持和對社會的愛心，意義非凡。
