〔記者劉濱銓／南投報導〕省道台21線新中橫公路，今上午因山區持續大雨，導致位在130至131公里路段發生落石坍方，巨大石塊擋住雙線道路，交通目前中斷，由於石頭、土方量體太大，公路總局信義工務段預估要到明（19日）下午5點才會搶通。
信義工務段表示，今上午玉山國家公園傳出有山友受傷送醫，卻因台18線阿里山公路落石阻斷，才改走新中橫公路，不料卻在130公里附近遇上巨石阻斷，當下立即派員前往了解。
目前已調派機具清除落石，惟巨石清運不易，加上山區大雨不斷，影響搶修進度，預估要到明天才會搶通，不過工程人員仍會拚看看，加緊施作盼能提前搶通。
