此外，明新科技大學稍早宣布，新竹縣因大雨造成新豐地區多地積水、淹水及交通不便，新豐累積雨量超過350/毫米，日間部、進修部及進專進院停止上課一天。
行政院人事行政總處今天下午也發布，新竹縣新豐鄉從下午3時起停止上班、停止上課。
