〔記者鄭瑋奇／台北報導〕中央氣象局今日稍早針對桃園市、新竹縣市發布大豪雨特報後，台鐵局新竹北湖－湖口間，於上午10點10分就因大雨水淹過軌面，導致該區間雙線暫時不通；需待水位退去後，才可恢復正常行車。台鐵局表示，這段期間會加強播音讓旅客知道相關資訊，局本部也成立二級應變小組，通知行控室工務台及氣象局派員進駐應變中心。
