〔記者姚岳宏／台北報導〕新北市中和區一名年近百歲的老翁日前搭公車至北市木柵路5段一帶，到了公車總站卻不下車，疑似迷路，經司機通知警方到場協助，費了一番功夫確認身分後，終聯繫上老翁家屬順利助返家。
文山一分局萬芳派出所警員陳致瑋獲報到場，先將老翁載返派出所，但老翁無法提供個人資料，警方嘗試透過詢問老翁行經路線協助確認住家位置，但老翁無法具體描述，只是不斷強調「我住在木柵！」正一籌莫展時，突然老翁說出「蘇Ｏ山」、「博嘉」等幾句話。
陳員立即與熟識的博嘉里地方民眾詢問，得知應是搬走多年的98歲蘇姓高齡長者，循線聯繫到家屬，蘇姓老翁女婿郭先生表示，老翁世居木柵博嘉里一帶，因年事已高，7、8年前才接到中和同住照顧，惟老翁仍不時想回木柵故居，趁家人不注意逕自離家，家人遍尋不著，還好有警方積極協助，才讓老翁平安返家。
