〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕宋姓男子今天凌晨4點多，開車行經桃園市八德區興豐路時，不慎自撞路旁停放的一輛汽車、一輛機車，網友經過時沒看到站在路旁等待警察的宋男，還一度誤會是酒駕肇逃的案件。
警方說，宋男凌晨4點多駕車經過興豐路、大興路口，撞上停放路旁的汽機車，經酒測後確認他的酒測值為0，他解釋，當時是為了拿取放在副駕駛座包包內的手機，才會不慎偏離車道撞上路旁車輛。
網友經過時，沒看到宋男，誤會是酒駕肇逃的案件，將照片PO網後還引來議論，警方強調，並無酒駕肇逃情事，全案已依車禍相關程序處理。
