高雄市鎮東里長蔡川士表示：「遠從台北過來，專程為了要支持那瑪夏原住民。」
高雄市那瑪夏的招牌特產水蜜桃遠近馳名，為了讓山上的水蜜桃可以讓更多民眾吃到，前鎮區鎮東里的里長是年年舉辦農產義賣，協助農友行銷，雖然今年水蜜桃的產量，受到雨水不足而銳減，但還是希望銷售可以創新高。
檢視相片蔡川士說：「今年是預產期要給它賣到100萬，在網路上已經超過一千箱以上的銷售量。」
高雄市那瑪夏區代表孫榮貴表示：「感謝蔡里長那目前因為受到氣候的關係，以往我們每年都會帶差不多四、五百盒水蜜桃，那今年好不容易可以擠到一百多盒，因為受到氣候的關係。」
檢視相片今年水蜜桃產量銳減40~50%，也因此更加搶手，也難怪在義賣會的現場，民眾是一盒又一盒的買，就怕會買不夠。
