[新頭殼newtalk] 有媒體報導前行政院長賴清德將台南市政府台北辦公室「公器私用」，當作競選基地。對此，台南市長黃偉哲今（8）天表示，在北辦見見老朋友沒什麼，不需要將每件事因選舉而擴大解釋，也不需要如此沒有人性。
黃偉哲指出，北辦是辦公地方，不容許從事政治活動，但如果賴清德僅是在北辦見朋友，而非從事政治活動，那就不必過度解釋。而目前並沒有任何證據證明是從事政治活動，不用凡事都用政治鬥爭角度來看。
黃偉哲表示，有週刊花多達9頁的大幅報導，「好像面臨國安危機一樣。」但是他覺得從人性的角度、法治層面來看，如果賴清德及市政府有違法的地方，都應該依法追究。如果沒有的話，為了一個選舉搞成這樣，其實大可不必。
