根據《聯合新聞網》報導，李男在土城開設理髮院，與附近鄰居熟識，未料今年3月間，李男看到鄰居女童獨自騎乘腳踏車玩耍，竟伸出狼爪撫摸其下體，還因怕被人發現，將女童帶至防火巷處繼續撫摸，事後女童返家告知家人，才讓其惡行曝光。
李男到案後坦承犯行不諱，但經檢警調查，發現李男還曾在客人上門消費之際，趁隙將客人年幼的女兒帶至小房間內，以相同手法對其猥褻，檢方將李男依強制猥褻罪起訴，並認定他有再犯之虞，向法院聲請羈押獲准。
