慕名前來賞花海的民眾，卻在淨水廠入口，被打了回票。走近不了滯洪池的民眾很掃興，原來已經有怪手在清理。
只有熟門熟路的在地人，才知道怎麼突破管制。不過布袋蓮會影響水質，影響滯洪功能，市府不得不加緊清理腳步。
檢視相片布袋蓮原產於南美洲亞馬遜河流域，是一種漂浮性水生植物，是世界百大外來入侵種之一，爆發式的生長會覆蓋所在水體，阻塞河、航道，滋生蚊蟲，導致湖泊優養化、水質惡化。不過也因為布袋蓮的淡紫色花朵迷人，公部門不得不呼籲民眾，別再留戀這一整片，美麗的哀愁。
