鮪魚堅持告辜莞允小鐘赴分局說明

據了解，辜莞允、鮪魚原本情同姊妹，日前一同出外景前往帛琉錄製節目時，被安排在同一房間，不料，辜莞允卻趁機偷拍鮪魚的不雅照，甚至因男友好奇她在幹嘛，而將鮪魚入浴照傳給男友，後因鮪魚手機不慎掉進水裡，而向辜莞允借手機使用，這才驚覺遭偷拍。

辜莞允坦承偷拍，但強調未拍到露點照，並發出8點聲明；對此鮪魚公司則認為毫無悔意，甚至意圖在網路上放話帶風向，表示手上握有對話證據，將堅持告到底，據悉這些證據小鐘也都知情，曾居中協調。

小鐘受鮪魚律師委託，今上午以證人身份前往林口分局製作筆錄，對於媒體追問，小鐘僅簡短回應「我只是證人啦，證人，整個已經進入司法程序了」，對於案情不對外發表任何看法。
