宜蘭地區這2天受颱風外圍環流影響，豪雨不斷，礁溪鄉今日累積雨量已達77毫米，雨下不停，附近農田積水及排水溝滿漲的水位不斷流到路面，瑪僯路鐵路地下道因此淹成游泳池，道路封閉，何時能通行，要等水位消退才能決定。
除了地下道，鐵路以東的玉光等地區，因地勢低窪，農路變成水路，排水不斷溢流，車輛路經時水花飛濺，有的路段淹水較深，不少駕駛不敢開車涉水而過，怕車會拋錨，趕緊調頭改道。
