警方調查，涉嫌毆打司機的60歲鄭姓男子上（4）月25日晚間9時許，酒後搭乘三重客運636路公車，當車輛行經新莊區中正路、中興街口時，鄭男驚覺自己已搭過站，但公車卻並未停下，反而繼續往前開，一氣之下竟衝到駕駛座旁對著林姓司機痛罵三字經，隨後三度出拳痛毆林姓司機，造成他頭部多處挫傷還有頭暈的狀況，就連眼鏡也被打斷掉落在車上。

林姓司機不甘受辱，當下立即停車並打電話報警，轄區新莊分局新莊派出所員警獲報趕赴現場後，隨即將鄭男帶回偵辦，由於林姓司機驗傷後堅持提告，警訊後將鄭男依傷害、毀損罪嫌送辦。
