根據106年第2季實價登錄案件概況，板橋區公寓房價每坪約30萬元至40萬元、住宅大樓每坪約37萬元至58萬元，住宅區與商業區平均房價，較前一季分別上漲4.09%、下跌3.64%。
此外，土城區公寓成交行情每坪約26萬元至32萬元、住宅大樓每坪約28萬元至37萬元，統計住宅區及商業區第2季平均房價，較上季分別下跌6.43%及3.22%。
板橋地政事務所分析，板橋區及土城區房市交易情形受整體景氣不佳影響，買賣雙方採取觀望態度，導致第2季交易價格呈現下跌趨勢。
