〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕桃園市大溪警分局一位王姓警員，去年11月間涉嫌未經單位主管核准，拿了主管印章，擅自更改勤務分配表、員警出入及領用應勤裝備登記簿，桃園地檢署今天偵結，因王姓警員素行良好，已予他涉嫌偽造文書案件緩起訴處分，緩起訴期間為1年。
去年11月間，王姓警員涉嫌拿了單位主管的印章，更改該月24日的勤務分配表、員警出入及領用應勤裝備登記簿內的記載，並送交人事單位，要幫不知情的另名警員申請該月份的超勤加班津貼。
大溪警分局人事單位發現有異，將王姓警員依偽造文書送辦，檢方說，王姓警員坦承更改文件，因他更改的是具有「對內效力」的內部文件，排除於公文書的範圍之外，且他素行良好、並無前科，犯後坦承、態度良好，經此偵查程序後應知所警惕，認為應予他緩起訴為適當。
王姓警員的緩起訴期間為1年，並應於緩起訴處分確定後6個月內，向公庫支付4萬元。
