〔記者吳政峰／台北報導〕「檢察官人事審議委員會」共有9位民選委員與8位官派委員，民選委員由全國各檢察署投票推舉選出，因掌握檢察官人事獎懲大權，為兵家必爭之地，18日名單出爐，台北地檢署檢察官林達獲得最高148票，而林達是檢改大將，預計將會在本屆任期內提出不少改革方案。
第二名到第十名的名單分為高檢署檢察官陳錫柱（145票）、台南地檢署檢察官蔡明達（134票）、橋頭地檢署主任檢察官李廷輝（134票）、新北地檢署主任檢察官張瑞娟（133票）、桃園地檢署檢察官陳淑蓉（122票）、嘉義地檢署檢察官陳靜慧（121票）、台中地檢署主任檢察官郭靜文（110票）、南投地檢署檢察官張姿倩（109票）、士林地檢署主任檢察官白忠志（106票）。
因民選委員只取9位，若有委員因故未就任，白忠志可遞補補實。
