網傳內容：近來網路流傳一篇文章，指稱中油選址桃園觀塘的第三天然氣接收站（簡稱三接），因恐影響當地藻礁生態疑慮，屢遭環保署環評專案小組退件；但中油對於接收站非選在觀塘不可的關鍵理由避而不談，對於以台北港做為替代方案的選項是全然排斥。
查證結果︰中油強調，經評估後，就算不影響台北港內港營運，台北港南碼頭區遠期用地可異地替代，但涉及填海造地，約需十八年，根本趕不上三接原定二○二二年七月上路，可供應當年上路裝置容量達一百萬瓩的大潭八號機燃氣；若三接延遲，當年備轉率將會降到八．九％，之後數年更無法維持十％目標。且新北市政府已兩度發函，表示反對在台北港建站！
