新北市深坑區阿柔洋55-2號前，22日上午8時民眾在路旁發現疑似爆裂物，嚇得遠離該處報警處理，鑑識小組及刑事局偵五隊、市警局鑑識中心獲報到場處理，經過X光檢視該疑似爆裂物內含開關電池等，至於內部有無火藥及殺傷力部分尚待刑事局偵五隊帶回檢驗。

警方表示，8時許接獲陳姓民眾來電，轄區派出所所長劉宥辰及員警林逢展管制現場並通報偵查隊鑑識小組到場，並經鑑識小組轉通報市警局鑑識中心及刑事局偵五隊到場協助處理，經拆彈小組慎重移置檢查後，初步研判為點火式爆裂物（煙火球以電動骰盅為容器），但煙火球爆芯被膠帶阻礙燃燒因此未能引爆。
目前警方已經調閱全線監視器，鎖定一台懸掛AB車牌的自小客車，發現該疑似爆裂物就是從車內扔出，隨後駕駛就加速離去，正在擴大調閱畫面追查嫌犯中。
