高雄林姓男子17日中午騎機車上班，在左營區華夏路被警方攔停，員警問臉紅紅又滿身酒氣的林男是否酒駕，林男回「太陽太大臉被曬紅」，但經過酒測後仍達0.28毫克，就算林男辯稱只是昨晚喝的酒沒退，事後仍要乖乖配合警方調查。
警方說，林姓男子供稱16日晚上住處喝了3瓶500C.C裝的啤酒，隔天中午前往博愛路一處工地送貨，途中在華夏路一間加油站前被警方攔下，曾一度否忍酒駕，僅說自己臉紅被太陽曬，但事後酒測值仍超標，他又向警方說，8月份才剛被仁武分局查獲酒駕，沒想到不到一個月又被抓，但警方難以同情，事後仍依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
