〔記者歐素美／台中報導〕海巡署第四巡防區指揮部於今年8月10日，在苗栗通霄外海距領海基線9浬處，查獲中國籍「閩獅漁運00277」漁船，非法越界捕撈，經重罰60萬後，今天驅離出境。
海巡署艦隊分署表示，「閩獅漁運00277」漁船因非法越界捕撈，8月分被查獲後，人船被帶回台中港，海巡署依兩岸人民關係條例及施行細則規定，處以新台幣60萬元罰款，經確定罰款已匯入國庫，今天下午4點，由台中海巡隊派遣PP10035艇將該船驅離出境。
