［記者張存薇／台東報導］中油綠島加油站驚傳油管漏油，恐污染土壤及地下水，台東縣政府環保局長謝清泉表示，中油雖有做緊急應變處置，但延遲通報，已依水污染防治法開罰1萬5000元，檢測報告預計18日出爐，若有污染問題，將再開罰。
中油綠島加油站傳出漏油3700公升，謝清泉說，中油在6月30日就發現油槍加不出油，更換止逆閥後有改善，但還是有油料短少情況，至7月13日確定管線漏油，修復並進行站內污染清除和控制，但遲至8月10日才通報縣環保局，未依規定在事發3小時內通報環保機關，因此先開罰1萬5000元。
謝清泉說，環保署8月21、22日已到綠島採樣檢測，報告在18日出爐，後續若產生污染會依照水污染防治法再開罰。
