〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕桃園市張姓男子涉嫌將自己的金融帳戶，提供給擄鴿勒贖集團使用，去年7月21日，集團成員擄獲吳姓飼主的3隻賽鴿，勒贖3萬元匯入張男的帳戶內，集團成員將錢領走後，並未歸還賽鴿，讓吳姓飼主氣得報警，警方追查到張男，今天他因涉嫌恐嚇取財，被桃園地檢署提起公訴。
張男（54歲）坦承將自己申辦的金融帳戶交由擄鴿勒贖集團使用，但他並未參與後續的擄鴿等犯行。
檢方調查，去年7月21日上午，吳姓飼主委託訓練師帶著賽鴿放飛，卻有3隻遲遲未歸，他還正在煩惱，就接到擄鴿勒贖集團成員的電話，要求他匯款3萬元，才能贖回賽鴿。
吳姓飼主無奈，匯了3萬元到擄鴿勒贖集團成員指定的張男帳戶，卻仍等不到3隻賽鴿被放回來，氣得向台中市清水警分局報案，警方追查到張男，將他移送桃園地檢署偵辦。
檢方調查後，認定張男幫助擄鴿勒贖集團犯案，因他涉嫌恐嚇取財罪嫌將他提起公訴。
