南投秋節食品抽驗 5件農藥殘留超標遭下架

〔記者謝介裕/南投報導〕中秋佳節即將到來,南投縣衛生局特別抽驗市售月餅、蔬菜水果、禽畜水產品及其加工製品類等產品,總計抽驗78件,今公佈檢驗結果,有5件蔬果檢出殘留農藥超標,且均非縣內生產的,分別來自彰化、雲林2縣市,南投縣衛生局已移請上述2縣衛生局依法處理,並責令販賣業者立即下架,善盡守護民眾身體健康職責。

此次秋節應景食品檢驗項目,包括一般食品衛生標準、殺菌劑、亞硝酸鹽、防腐劑、動物用藥及農藥殘留等,來自彰化縣的2項不合格產品,即「小割菜」被檢出歐殺斯0.27ppm,標準為0.01ppm以下;以及「紅棗」被檢出得克莉0.21ppm,標準為0.01ppm以下,另雲林縣有3項產品不合格,包括「紅辣椒」被檢出撲克拉0.27ppm及普克利0.04ppm,標準均為0.01ppm以下;「荷豆」被檢出凡殺同0.30ppm及普克利0.08ppm,標準為0.01ppm以下,以及「西洋芹菜」被檢出滅芬諾0.05ppm,標準為0.01ppm以下。

南投縣衛生局指出,中秋節前後,許多民眾都會選擇與家人一起烤肉聚會,提醒民眾烤肉架應與炭火保持15公分左右距離,食材不宜過厚並適溫慢烤,且避免炭火過大,燒焦食物,同時應在烤肉架上舖一層標示合格的鋁箔紙,避免生鮮食物與炭火直接接觸,減少致癌物質產生。

除此,烤肉時也應搭配多量蔬菜食用,肉類儘量選擇瘦肉或去皮的雞肉,且烤肉醬不要塗太多,以減少高熱量、高油脂、高鈉鹽的攝取,進而過個快樂又健康的中秋佳節。
