［記者陳昀／桃園報導］八德區國防大學今天驚傳流感群聚，媒體報導指稱侵襲率高達8%、10多名軍官遭感染，桃園市衛生局事前未接受通報，今天前往疫調後表示，校方已依國防部SOP通報軍醫局並啟動防疫措施，實際侵襲率只有2.8%，也無重症個案，但此案涉及國防人力部署，不宜公佈人數。
衛生局疾病管理科長陳效君指出，國防大學9月5日辦理訓練，當天1名學員出現發燒症狀、確診為A型流感，為這波疫情的指標個案，9月10日發現最後一例個案，將持續監控至9月18日到潛伏期結束。
陳效君表示，發生群聚感染後，校方已啟動相關防疫措施，並通報軍醫局，也有清潔消毒環境、全校自主停課3天；她說，校方有向國防部通報，但衛生局並未接獲聯繫，但因仍在桃園境內，要進一步由中央釐清是否符合規定。
