〔記者徐聖倫／新北報導〕33歲鄭姓男子昨晚間11時許行經新北市新店安康路二段，連闖3紅燈後被執行擴大臨檢的警方攔下，鄭男一下車渾身酒氣，警方先是開了3張紅單，接著欲對鄭男進行酒測，鄭男不願配合就罷，竟揮出右鉤拳攻擊安康派出所長，其餘員警見狀立即制止並將其逮捕。
起初鄭男下車，擺明了自己有喝酒，脫口而出「我喝了兩瓶啤酒」，但警方要進行酒測時，鄭男拖拖拉拉超過法定酒測時間，接著竟對派出所長揮拳相向，現場其餘同仁則立即對其噴灑辣椒水，並將其逮捕歸案。
被鄭男這樣一折騰，帶回所內後進行酒測，沒想到酒測值竟為0，拖延戰術奏效，但他對警方揮拳是事實。訊後，警方依妨害公務罪嫌將鄭男移送法辦。
